I'm officially on my Plan.

It's plan 2.
Here is my eating plan:
2 Proteins
4 Vegetables
2 Fruits
2 Starches
1 Fat serving
2 Thermo Snacks
80 oz water
8oz Skim Milk
I tried to post a Comprehensive Food List above, but that doesn't seem to be working.
I have to get used to blogger and how it works. HA HA! If you click on the list above it will get larger.....FYI!
So far so good. I feel like I'm eating a ton. I haven't been hungry today at all. So everything seems to be working. Last night when I weighed in, I was down 3lbs, and this was from Dec 29th. So that was promising. :) Even though I pigged out that weekend, and drank alot of alcohol. Hmmmm. I probably lost more than 3lbs. :)
For lunch today I had the largest salad. It was pretty good. 2 cups of lettuce (1 vegi), 1/2 cucumber (1 vegi), tomato/green onion/green pepper (it was enough to count all 3 as 1 vegi), and 4oz of turkey tenderloin (and yes I bought a scale, so I know it was 4oz. LOL!)
Breakfast was a bit more pathetic, as I had not gone to the store, and I'm past my 6 egg max from my 3 day's of prep....so I had a toasted Lite bun (2 starches), and 1/2 large orange (1 fruit), oh and a full (1TBSP lite margerine). I never coat my toast that much. It was pretty yummy!
I now have a pretty good stock of stuff, so tomorrow should be better. :)
My energy is up. I don't feel any headaches from lack of caffeine, nor lack of sugar. Everything is rocking! WooHoo! For me!
