Still doing great....trying to figure it all out.
So far so good. Everything is really pretty ez, so that is good. I am finding it difficult to get all the food in. I'm not hungry. I am eating a ton..... Alot more than I used to. Just really low fat, and very low sodium. I do like it so far....
I went to my weigh in on Saturday Morning cuz I wanted to discuss working that night, and going out to eat on Sunday. So I got weighed, and sure enough I was down 6lbs. WooHoo! Isn't that terrific?
We discussed techniques on how to handle work? How I will eat raw vegis instead of french frys (I'm a server at a restaurant), and how I would bring a Thermo Snack to help me. It worked out great last night. I work again tonite, and tomorrow night, and Tuesday Night. So this well be big test....
Also today, we went out to lunch with FIL, wife and SIL and boyfriend. I ordered a Salad with only tomatos, grilled chicken, and egg. With fat free honey mustard dressing. So I think I did good, even though I know the grilled chicken had seasoning on it. But still a very good choice!
So far all is good though, and I've been happy with it. I am worried about how much food I'm eating though. It seems like a TON! So how can I lose weight eating all this? So strange?
