Down another 2lbs.

I'm beyond excited. I'm now down a total of 8lbs. In one week. WOW!

I've been following the program exactly, actually I have missed some things. Like a glass of milk yesterday! 1/2 a thermo snack, etc. But for the most part, I've done what they asked. I have not cheated.

So far it hasn't been tough...although this morning I woke up hungry! I wonder what that was all about?

Here is what I ate yesterday:

Breakfast:
2 slices lite bread toast
1 tablespoon lite margerine
3/4 cup pineapple

Snack:
Toffee Bar (thermo snack)

Lunch:
2 cups lettuce
1/2 cucumber
tomato/green onion pico de gallo mix
Chicken Breast (cut up on salad)
2 TBSP fat free dressing (Italian)

Dinner:
Ground Turkey Breast browned with tomatos/green onion, pico mix.

Snack:
Carmel pudding (thermo snack)

I forgot to eat 1 serving of fruit, drink 1 cup of milk. But that's about it. Funny, how I'm forgetting to eat things. I told you, I think this is alot more food than I used to eat on Weight Watchers. I definitly wasn't eating good. I had my points but they weren't quality foods.
