Today.....
I actually weighed in today, and am only down 1/2 lb. Which is still very good. 8.5 lbs in one week. I think I will take it.
Last night was so hard, we were going to go out to eat, and then Randy decided to work late, so I threw a frozen pizza in the oven for the kids. And I was just going to have a Chicken Salad. Well, serving the frozen pizza was tough. It made me want it so bad.....I did not cave, and I served to the kids, who in turn didn't even eat the pizza! Boy they don't know how good they have it. HA HA!
So I talked to the counselor today at the center, and she said that the cravings should go away, and that I should hold strong. Even one bite could make the craving stronger.....
So I'm still strong, and still haven't cheated yet. Even gave up all soda. And it's been ez. I am allowed to have any diet pop (up to 2 cans daily) that doesn't have carmel coloring in it. But I haven't needed it yet. I'm still very strong. Unusual for me, but I'm really doing it this time! I really, and truly am.
Oh-I made something new today. I made myself chicken salad, with chicken breast, celery, green onion, cilantro, and 2 TBSP lite mayo and rolled it into one of those 40cal wraps. Very yummy! I feel totally satisfied. Yipee! I love Chicken salad. I love it with cilantro too! YUM!
