I cannot forget to make this again!
Today for lunch I made a chicken breast (yes, that's a surprise, huh?). Then I sauteed spinach, mushrooms, and green onions with garlic and my salt I need. I put 1 full tablespoon of lite mayo on a 40 calorie tortilla. And put part of the chicken breast and spinach mixture on it. It was absolutely delicious!
Too bad I had 1 starch at breakfast, I could easily have had 2 of these. YUM! Also I used a 1/2 tsp of olive oil as my other fat, I couldn't tell the difference, so I won't waste my fat on that again! 1 tablespoon of lite mayo is so much more worth it. HA HA!
I work tonite. So we'll see if I can be good. (I know I can)
