I'll give another example of food diary!
Breakfast: 2 eggs (1 protein)
Thermo boost drink
Snack: 1/8th a canteloup (1 fruit)
Lunch: Thermo Snack (Chili) in a wrap, and on a salad with tomatos. (1 protein, 1 starch, 2 vegi), 1/8th canteloup (1 fruit) I used lite salad dressing on my salad, so that is my fat for the day. (1 fat)
This is what I'm projecting after this:
Snack: 1 cinnamon crunch bar (thermo snack)
Thermoboost drink
Dinner: Chicken Breast, and 2 vegis. Probably frozen broccoli, and then grape tomatos. (1 protein, 2 vegis), and 8oz milk.
Cleansing Tea.
