WHOA!

I weighed in this morning. And I had lost another 3lbs. WOW!

I will admit I didn't eat two thermo snacks yesterday. So I won't be surprised to see a gain on Tuesday when I go back in. Last night I had to work, so I was saving my bar for afternoon, and a crunch-o for when I was at work to snack on. Well, Life happened, and Carson ended up with the pukies.....

Around the time I was going to have my thermo-bar. So I was making a mad dash to clean up, help him (he was freaking out) and get ready for work. I just didn't have time for that bar.

Luckily I made time for my leftover chicken and spinach that I had made extra from lunch. But I never got the thermo snacks in.

I figured I would bring the cruncho's....but on my way to work I realized I had forgot them....and I was already late so I couldn't turn around.

But hey, as of this morning I was down 11.75lbs! Isn't that amazing? I'm truly shocked. I mean truly in disbelief.

So far I am loving this program.....however I did ask if I could have chipotle and they said, nope! Not a big shock. But man I want it. :(
