My eating today:

Breakfast: 2 slices lite bread toast, with spray butter
3/4 cup pineapple

Snack: Thermo Boost drink, 1/2 cucumber with apple cider vinegar.

Lunch: 5oz browned ground turkey breast with spicy Mrs Dash, on top of 2 cups lettuce, 1 cup tomato and green onions, with 1 tbsp taco sauce. (it had lower sodium than my fat free dressing, so I went with it, ha ha)
3/4 cup pineapple

Snack: A Cinnamon Crunch bar. (it's my favorite bar, by far)

Dinner: Chicken breast with spicy Mrs Dash (baked)
1/2 cup cauliflower

Snack: Thermo Snack of Double Chocolate Pudding.

So far I haven't had one cheat yet. Not one. :)

Day 18. WOW! That's terrific, huh?

I'll let you know how my weigh in goes tomorrow.

Hi Joann. Thanks for reading my blog. I did lose a lot of weight on S4L and so will you. You sound like you've got a great attitude.

One tip I have for you is that you make sure that you remember you are the customer. Don't let them talk you into buying extra stuff. You still have to buy a certain amount of their stuff to stay in the contract, but I'm sure you already know how expensive it can get. A website for bariatric patients -
http://www.bariatricchoice.com/ - is where I used to get my stuff. They always offer coupon code discounts if you sign up for their email (and they don't spam - just a couple emails a week). I also occasionally found the O's on Amazon for cheap. They are awesome! Good luck! Post some stats, girl, I want to see your progress ;) - b
